What's the difference between in-person PT and SBP?
An in person PT will help you with in gym motivation and form, whereas an online coach will not only help you with your motivation and form but also your time spent outside the gym (where 90-95% of results come from) including: Sleep, Stress Management, Nutrition, Activity, Social Events, Accountability, Supplementation, Education, Community and more.
Why is SBP different from everything I have tried before?

Absolutely. We do nutrition in 3 phases. 

Phase 1, meal plans to give you complete clarity, structure and reduction in overwhelm, followed by phase 2 which is more sustainable and flexible dieting where we work closely with you monitoring your nutritional choices and help you adapt for faster results and the 3rd phase is teaching you how to intuitively diet so you’re not buried in meal plans or tracking forever.
