
Week 6 progress for Aimee💥
Aimee joined us in January wanting to get back to her lockdown shape…
But she believed the reason she couldn’t transform was because she ate too many carbs!
Her exact words were:
“I have too many Carbs, me and cereal have a close relationship”🥣
So how has Aimee made so much progress in just 6 weeks..?
To start, it was NOT ❌ by cutting out carbs.
Fun fact, I also have a close relationship with cereal… coco pops to be exact 🤣
Instead, we utilised the energy Aimee would get from her carbs and placed it into a strategic weight and cardio programme which consisted off:
2 Upper Body sessions and 2 Lower Body sessions.
With a light touch of cardio after each workout.
For nutrition, we followed a meal plan that broke down our day to day eating that also had a degree of flexibility for enjoyment!
Then each day we followed specific targets around steps, sleep, supplements and water to aid our progress.
As a result, 6 weeks later Amiee is absolutely FLYING with her progress.
And it is quite literally just the start! 🤯
