
Amber wanted to lose belly fat, sculpt muscle and build an hourglass physique but…
❌ She felt like her diet plan would leave her bloated,
❌ She was left for days with unanswered questions from a previous programme,
❌ She felt as though she hit a plateau and wanted to finally look, feel and perform at her very best.
With Amber, we started off with a carb cycling approach consisting of:
High carbs and fibre on training days and slightly lower carbs on non training days.
This improved Amber’s energy for her training which pulled more out of her sessions and allowed us to sculpt muscle faster.
We followed a diet plan that didn’t cause digestive stress and leave her bloated so she felt comfortable after meals.
We followed a 4 day resistance training programme prioritising Glutes, Hamstrings and Back with 3 strategic cardio sessions at the end of her workouts.
The resistance is to sculpt muscle and the small cardio sessions to just push the amount of calories burnt.
These were at the END of her workouts so we had max energy for the weights.🏋️♂️🔥
Throughout Amber’s journey we would make slight adjustments to her nutrition, cardio and step targets to push results faster.
Amber found on a previous programme she would see good initial results then plateau.
As your body changes, your targets need to change too otherwise you will hit a roadblock! ⚠️
