
Amy was a little nervous about working with an ‘online’ coach…
She wasn’t sure if she needed someone there with her in person but saw some of our members’ results and gave it a try!
Amy recently said (after completing a photoshoot in the shape of her life) that their should be no hesitations with an online PT.
Here’s why it worked so well for her…
Amy had a ton on her plate.
👉 From crazy working hours and work travel,
👉 A daughter,
👉 A slightly hectic social life (especially this time of year).
It would have been easy to hit a roadblock, lose motivation and go back to square one.
And this may have happened if she just had a PT in the gym that wouldn’t hold her accountable with the 23 hours surrounding her workouts!
But we put the systems in place to ensure Amy not only managed her crazy lifestyle, but still achieved an unstoppable transformation.
Amy worked towards 3 workouts a week with 1-3 cardio sessions (work load dependent).
They were Full Body workouts that had her in and out the gym inside 40 minutes.
With nutrition we had a slight hybrid between intuitive eating and macro tracking.
Often times Amy’s day would run away from her when she had a load on and so she used the education she gained on the programme to go slightly intuitive and still hit her targets🔥
Then accountability was huge.
Every week we would analyse her progress with check-in and touch base throughout the week to ensure we’re sticking to our targets and managing our energy well.
For Amy, energy was the big dominio….
If we had strong energy, she could keep up with the demands of her week but if energy fell, targets would slip.
And because of this, Amy is now.
✅ In her 40s feeling the best she ever has,
✅ Completed a photoshoot and proved to herself how much she is capable of,
✅ She has learned and understood how to keep her transformation, for life!
