Emma joined Smart Body and Performance after 7 years of:

😢 Lacking confidence 

🪫 And lacking energy

She tried EVERYTHING to lose weight and her very first words to me after she joined was:

🙅‍♀️ “Good luck if you think this will work for me, nothing does”

But she had a 1% glimmer of hope after watching a training about our M.H.E.30 method which stands for Metabolism, Hormones and Energy Over 30.

So, we began by changing up her diet.🥦

We didn’t cut out her friday evening Vodka, 

🌮 We controlled her calorie intake against the amount of calories she’s burning, increased her protein intake and focused on a good balance between carbs and fats to optimise energy and hormones.

🏋️‍♂️ We took our training from primarily cardio to weight training to optimise her muscle, strength and metabolism. 

We implemented lifestyle targets around:

💤 Sleep

😩 Stress Management 

🚶‍♀️ Steps

💦 Water

To speed up her transformation journey.
