Georgia was trying everything to see definition and although she felt stronger, saw no changes in her physique …

It became increasingly more frustrating for Georgia working so hard and not having it pay off in the mirror. 

So 19 weeks ago, she said enough is enough and reached out to build her dream body.

She wanted to see definition in her legs, build her glutes and see abs!

But mainly struggled with her nutrition 🍕

She was happy to workout and trained with good intensity, she just had no structure when it came to her eating and lifestyle habits.

She wanted to transform without giving up her weekends 🍹

So we began by putting a simple nutrition strategy in place, one that had flexibility and an excess of weekend calories to play with.

This kept Georgia consistent as she could enjoy it but most importantly it taught her how to have the best of both worlds.🧠. 

This way she could keep her result for life. 

With Georgia’s training we focused on a resistance based plan with 2 Lower workouts, 2 Upper workouts and a Posterior workout.

We added slightly more volume to her glute, hamstring and rear delt training to build an hourglass figure.⏳

Alongside this we managed her:

Cardio, Sleep, Stress, Energy and Hormones to make sure we saw predictable progress every week.

Not just hitting and hoping!

As a result, Georgia is now feeling UNSTOPPABLE and in her own words:
