Imagine waking up one morning,
Looking in the mirror and generally feeling happy about what you have accomplished …
Meet Lauren.🤝
Lauren reached out with a photoshoot around the corner and desperately wanted to make maximum progress in as quick of a time frame as possible.
Lauren is a hair dresser.
Starting her photoshoot prep around the Christmas/ New Year period wasn’t easy.
Not because she would get distracted … She was focused and determined.
But because everyone and their dog wanted to book in with her for an appointment!🤣
So she was back to back to back at work which put a burden on her hitting targets.
Lauren even started to doubt her ability to get in shape for the shoot due to her crazy schedule.
Even considered cancelling it.
But we re-calibrated and created a new plan of action to make MAXIMUM progress to have her feeling a million dollars on shoot day.
We focused on removing overwhelm, adding in a little more intensity with her workouts and utilising her time outside of work to increase her expenditure.
We followed a little more of a ’set meal plan’ to remove thinking and work around her busy work hours.
The plan was:
To follow a somewhat rigid set structure leading into the Photoshoot and once completed take a more relaxed and flexible approach to maintaining the result.
Which worked an absolute treat.
Her meal plan still involved foods she liked/ enjoyed.
Even room to go out for meals too.
