And thirdly habits & momentum, once you have built habits towards your goals and then build momentum, results are inevitable and consistency becomes second nature.

So, quite simply we made sure that Meg's plan involved all 3⠀

We designed a plan built around her likes/ dislikes and one that was specific to her and her goals which covered both enjoyment and motivation⠀

Then Meg started to build habits and gain momentum, at this point everything became second nature and now her results will last a life-time!⠀
