Becky was stuck in a rut.
She wanted to lose weight but felt as a vegetarian and being gluten free, she just didn’t know what she should be eating.
She was desperate to bust her plateau and feel unstoppable for a wedding that she is a bridesmaid for in June.
With Becky also socialising most weekends, we wanted to put a strategy in place that would allow her to get into the shape of her life whilst enjoying weekends.
We followed a resistance programme 4x times a week and cardio twice.
Nutritionally we calorie cycled week-weekend to allow for a spike in calories for social events.
But beyond this controlled her daily habits and commitments.
Steps we’re locked in at 12k, we put a plan in place to ensure 7 high quality hours of sleep a night, stress was controlled and our multi level accountability systems made sure all the boxes we’re ticked!
But the biggest win of them all?
Not only does she look and feel a million dollars…
She’s received a pay rise and is in her own words “progressing in all areas of life atm” 🤩
This came from Becky having a friend on the programme who was crushing it and decided to put her first and finally feel the way she deserves too!
