How many times have you been ‘on it’ Monday to Friday & fucked it over the weekend?
& then jump on scales Monday and be confused to why they haven’t moved?
You, my friend are a weekend wanker …
Which isn’t a bad thing, I was one too & so was Sophie until she learned the hacks to enjoy her weekends & see amazing results!
Before Sophie joined the coaching programme which was in & out of a vicious cycle,
Throughout the week she would smash her training, attend classes & eat well but come the weekend … well that’s when the wine & dairy milk used to flow.
So when Sophie and I discussed her structure the first thing we did, was allow for wine,
Yup, you heard me right, we allowed room for alcohol.
Why? Because the journey has to be enjoyed!
& you may not always want to be the one on zoom with an apple juice when your friends have wine or rum.
Because Sophie understood the principles, had specific, achievable targets set designed to get her the 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 results possible & enjoyment she was able to completely transform the way she looks & feels.
Sophie went from unconfident, anxious, unhappy & desperate for change,
To now feeling:

🎯Educated
🎯In the best shape of her life!
And since joining the coaching programme she has stepped into the fitness industry herself, got qualified & now helps others change the way they look & feel.
