Tara joined us after hitting a bit of a plateau with her transformation journey.
She wanted to drop body fat whilst developing muscle.
She was after the lean, sculpted look but often found in past attempts when dropping body fat she would drop muscle,
And when gaining muscle, also gained more body fat than she’d like…
She couldn’t strike that middle ground… so she joined SBP.
Here are the 3 steps that Tara utilised to get into the shape of her life .. ⬇️
📝 #1 - She followed a programme unique to her body and lifestyle.
Tara needed a plan that had enough lifestyle flexibility to enjoy trips to L.A 🇺🇸
Brunches with the girls 🍹
And spontaneous meals out! 🍕
As Well as working around her job in law and her high stress levels.
💪 #2 - She was held accountable
The ‘perfect’ roadmap is pointless unless you have the accountability to act on the plan.
Accountability comes in 3 forms:
-Self
-Peer
-Coach
🧠 #3 - We had a ‘Smart’ approach
Sustainability is key, sure.
But shit results are not sustainable.
Tara wanted fast results, so her plan was tough.
It’s likely she called me a twat on many occasions on the stairmaster 😂
